The primary principle of Oil in Water Analyzer is when a UV light source passed via the oil in a water sample, and then the molecules of oil can get excited into a higher energy level. The excited molecule will then get back to its normal state of lower energy level, and during this process, the molecules will be emitting a light known as fluorescence light.
